My friends gave me a loan of Beautiful Katamari last week.
The concept, the playability, the beauty, the randomness … I’m hooked. It’s a joy to behold.
You are tasked with gathering clods (katamaris) full of stuff in order to help rebuild the universe – starting with cans and boxes, through to people, buildings and whole continents. It’s madness, but such fun!
What really makes the game for me is the music, and some kind soul has put the soundtrack up on YouTube.
